What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

Yes, absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information. We do not store your complete card details on our servers.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our customer support. After this time, the order enters processing and cannot be modified.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on expanding to international shipping in the near future.

What if I'm not home when my order arrives?

The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the package will be held at the local courier facility for pickup, or you can reschedule delivery through the tracking link.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please see our Return Policy page for complete details.

How do I exchange an item for a different size?

To exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired size. This ensures faster processing.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. It may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with our size guide for the best fit. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.

Are the colors accurate on the website?

We make every effort to display colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to different screen settings and lighting conditions.

How do I care for my Indie Urban products?

Care instructions are included on the tag of each garment. Generally, we recommend washing in cold water, avoiding bleach, and air drying to maintain the quality and longevity of your items.
