Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Undergarments and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account and go to your order history
  • Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
  • Click on Request Return and select the reason for return
  • Our team will review your request and provide you with return shipping instructions within 24-48 hours

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over ₹2,000, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size and color variations only. If you need to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired size or color. This ensures faster processing.

If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will process a full refund instead.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@indieurban.in with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

8. Sale Items

Items purchased during sales or with discount codes are eligible for return, but the refund will be for the amount actually paid. Sale items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
