1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all locations within India. International shipping is not available at this time, but we are working on expanding our reach.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your delivery location
- The weight and dimensions of your order
- The shipping method selected
Standard Shipping
- Metro cities: 3-5 business days
- Other cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote areas: 7-10 business days
Express Shipping
- Metro cities: 1-2 business days
- Other cities: 2-4 business days
- Available for select pin codes only
4. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹1,999. Orders below this amount will have shipping charges calculated at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status by:
- Logging into your account and viewing your order history
- Using the tracking number on the courier's website
- Contacting our customer support team
6. Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays or missing packages, please contact us at support@indieurban.in with your order number. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
